Erben Eylens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastiaan Ronde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christijan van Dam's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Christijan van Dam sped through Valkenhuizen RKSV's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sebastiaan Ronde. Sebastiaan Ronde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Zegeling in the 10th minute of play. Sebastiaan Ronde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christijan van Dam in the 11th minute of the match. Sebastiaan Ronde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Zwaanswijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Bart Steelman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Reinhard Lindeman put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastiaan Ronde. Sebastiaan Ronde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhard Lindeman in the 22nd minute of play. Sebastiaan Ronde didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Zwaanswijk went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Johannes Carels took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastiaan Ronde. Valkenhuizen RKSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tonny Meyer hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute of the match Geert van der Doelen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastiaan Ronde showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Simon Zegeling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastiaan Ronde having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Valkenhuizen RKSV's Bob Zeevenhoven got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Simon Zegeling stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebastiaan Ronde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Zegeling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Ally Boys's Theo Smits played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erben Eylens in the 56th minute of play. Theo Smits showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erben Eylens, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the FC Ally Boys defense, Bart Steelman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theo Smits. The FC Ally Boys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theo Smits should have stopped the shot. Valkenhuizen RKSV's Sebastiaan Ronde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Zegeling in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Valkenhuizen RKSV's goalkeeper Sebastiaan Ronde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christijan van Dam. Sebastiaan Ronde was a little too slow when Reinhard Lindeman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 1-5. 82 minutes into the match, Valkenhuizen RKSV's goalkeeper Sebastiaan Ronde had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinhard Lindeman. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Erben Eylens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valkenhuizen RKSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Erben Eylens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theo Smits breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Ally Boys's Theo Smits played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Steelman in the 85th minute of play. Sebastiaan Ronde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Zwaanswijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Valkenhuizen RKSV's Sebastiaan Ronde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan van Dam in the 90th minute of play. Stefano Vondel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Valkenhuizen RKSV! The referee gave FC Ally Boys a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Geert van der Doelen, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Valkenhuizen RKSV's Sebastiaan Ronde. 1-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Ally Boys walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
