Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lochtenburg HC's Emil Andriessen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tokalmar's Tim Sanders got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Berry Arts fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tokalmar's protests and gave Berry Arts a yellow card for diving instead. Berry Arts hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Antoon Tamminga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Sipke Huisman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Ros charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert Ros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 33 minutes into the match, Tokalmar's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Andriessen came free, but Gijsbert Veldkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Emil Andriessen fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lochtenburg HC's protests and gave Emil Andriessen a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lochtenburg HC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Emil Andriessen hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerald de Zaaijer during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th match minute, Lochtenburg HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerald de Zaaijer to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Tokalmar's Brain van der Aa tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tokalmar getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Brain van der Aa hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Andriessen in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gijsbert Veldkamp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Floris Adelaar made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lochtenburg HC's Jacobus Opdam. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Andriessen in the 48th minute of play forced Tokalmar's goalkeeper Gijsbert Veldkamp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

If Fabian Mueller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert Veldkamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Andriessen, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With his leg Gijsbert Veldkamp managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Lochtenburg HC's Emil Andriessen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tokalmar's Gijsbert Veldkamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Andriessen in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Lochtenburg HC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jacobus Opdam hit a great ball. Sipke Huisman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Sanders, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Gijsbert Veldkamp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florian Sans in the 72nd minute. If Mart Kielstra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geert Bosstraeten thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Gijsbert Veldkamp, a very annoying self made goal in the 86th minute which led to 0-3. Jacobus Opdam charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobus Opdam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lochtenburg HC's Jacobus Opdam got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle went the supporters of Lochtenburg HC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Tokalmar side.
