Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Barry Bosma started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, Geert Arend Blikman notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Bagatel's Gert Iemberge. Gert Iemberge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Bilboa Emphes booed when FC Bagatel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Twan Kors didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remus Robu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Bagatel's Lucien Peeters got a free kick in the 16th minute. Gert Iemberge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barry Bosma in the 28th minute of play. With a little luck, Bilboa Emphes's Chris van Olst got control of the ball when Harald Ruben tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Bilboa Emphes booed when FC Bagatel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aad Degeling didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Bagatel's Gert Iemberge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Bosma in the 39th minute of play. Geert Arend Blikman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gert Iemberge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barry Bosma struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Gert Iemberge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bilboa Emphes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barry Bosma in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gert Iemberge saved FC Bagatel from getting behind. After the first half Bilboa Emphes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiaan Ommen to make the kick off. Gert Oosterveld took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chris van Olst. Chris van Olst dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Barry Bosma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bagatel's goalkeeper Gert Iemberge, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, Bilboa Emphes's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Oosterveld came free, but Chris van Olst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Robu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Iemberge having to interfere. Chris van Olst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Ruben in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Bilboa Emphes's goal looked a bit too open when Christiaan Ommen came free, but Chris van Olst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bagatel's Gert Iemberge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save FC Bagatel from getting a goal against them. Chris van Olst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christiaan Ommen went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the game, Christiaan Ommen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Chris van Olst was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC Bagatel support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
