Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In a very dangerous position, a player in Knijpe fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! 12 minutes into the match, LECH DOZNAŃ's Rick Roeters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cor Harms narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cor Harms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geert van Olst, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Geert van Olst put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Cor Harms. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rick Roeters in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cor Harms saved Knijpe from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Knijpe's zone, Rick Roeters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cor Harms came out of the goal and Rick Roeters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Knijpe's zone, Geert van Olst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. LECH DOZNAŃ's Geert van Olst got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cor Harms came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by LECH DOZNAŃ's Geert van Olst. But to his dismay, Geert van Olst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Geert van Olst in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cor Harms prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute Rick Roeters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cor Harms saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Knijpe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Tollenaar to maneuver through the defense. Serge van Dinteren charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serge van Dinteren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Knijpe booed when LECH DOZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serge van Dinteren didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute, Emil Zwartkruis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geert van Olst to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Geert van Olst managed to get in a good position for a shot. LECH DOZNAŃ's supporters rose to their feet, but Geert van Olst was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cor Harms breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, LECH DOZNAŃ's Geert van Olst dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. If Geert van Olst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Knijpe's goalkeeper Cor Harms had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rick Roeters. 72 minutes into the match, Knijpe's goal looked a bit too open when Geert van Olst came free, but Cor Harms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to LECH DOZNAŃ getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Maikel Lammers hit a great ball. Knijpe's Cor Harms played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geert van Olst in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, Knijpe's Cor Harms got control of the ball when Rick Roeters tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geert van Olst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cor Harms having to interfere. Geert van Olst received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cor Harms came out and tried to block the shot, but Geert van Olst slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 90th minute. Rick Roeters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cor Harms having to make a save. LECH DOZNAŃ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
