Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Robin Drenth kicked off to start the match. Leendert Schimmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristof Deiman in the 4th minute of play. Robin Drenth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roelof Kort having to interfere. Leendert Schimmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristof Deiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 13th minute when Nigel Kaspers elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Tynaarlo fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Tynaarlo's Kristof Deiman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leendert Schimmel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristof Deiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Empe RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Deiman came free, but Leendert Schimmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roelof Kort didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Robin Drenth went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Empe RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof Deiman came free, but Leendert Schimmel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roelof Kort stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robin Drenth's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Klaus Huizing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nigel Kaspers charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nigel Kaspers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Empe RKSV's Leendert Schimmel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heiko Euving in the 38th minute of play. Heiko Euving sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Heiko Euving had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristof Deiman in the 45th minute of play forced Empe RKSV's goalkeeper Leendert Schimmel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Empe RKSV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ab Haas was slow to take the kick. During this time Tynaarlo's players had a chance to rest. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

If Heiko Euving had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nigel Kaspers in the 53rd minute of play forced Tynaarlo's goalkeeper Roelof Kort to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Tynaarlo got a freekick which was hit by Bennie Sloedingen. Sebastiaan Abbenbroek hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match Ab Haas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leendert Schimmel skillfully saved the ball. Roelof Kort came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Empe RKSV's Nigel Kaspers. But to his dismay, Nigel Kaspers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a rather tough play, Empe RKSV's Sebastiaan Abbenbroek got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Empe RKSV's Leendert Schimmel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Empe RKSV from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Kristof Deiman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leendert Schimmel, passed just outside the right post. 78 minutes into the game, Heiko Euving cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Leendert Schimmel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robin Drenth in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roelof Kort saved Tynaarlo from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Heiko Euving left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tynaarlo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Robin Drenth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Roelof Kort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roelof Kort made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nigel Kaspers in the 98th minute of play.
