Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nick Wiggers made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Chiel Bartele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd minute, Bjorn van Boxel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Overbroek S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Frans van Rijswijk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Nick Wiggers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boudewijn Everts was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bjorn van Boxel in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hans-Cees de Boer saved Mispeleind S.V. from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjorn van Boxel in the 21st minute of play forced Mispeleind S.V.'s goalkeeper Hans-Cees de Boer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes, Mispeleind S.V.'s Egbert Alberts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Boudewijn Everts came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mispeleind S.V. reached it. 25 minutes into the game, Diderik Pronk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Overbroek S.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mispeleind S.V. the free kick. After 30 minutes of play, Mispeleind S.V.'s Frans van Rijswijk made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boudewijn Everts was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frans van Rijswijk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Boudewijn Everts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Wiggers in the 35th minute of play forced Overbroek S.C.'s goalkeeper Boudewijn Everts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Nick Wiggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martijn Saenen lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 42 minutes into the game, one of Overbroek S.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Chiel Bartele shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Laurens Saarloos to strike the kick off in the second half. Laurens Saarloos took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hans-Cees de Boer. Hans-Cees de Boer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Hans-Cees de Boer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurens Saarloos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurens Saarloos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 played minutes Mispeleind S.V. got a freekick which was hit by Danny Terpstra. Hans-Cees de Boer made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Laurens Saarloos sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Frans van Rijswijk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mispeleind S.V.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Frans van Rijswijk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boudewijn Everts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boudewijn Everts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frans van Rijswijk in the 75th minute of the match. Nick Wiggers struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Boudewijn Everts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mispeleind S.V.. 83 minutes into the match, Frans van Rijswijk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boudewijn Everts. Overbroek S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frans van Rijswijk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Nick Wiggers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Frans van Rijswijk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boudewijn Everts. Overbroek S.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frans van Rijswijk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mispeleind S.V. fully deserved thier win.
