Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roel Daverveld kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Bakkeveen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elmar Berendt came free, but Jhon Cornelisse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Bakkeveen FC got a freekick which was hit by Iwan Oosterhof. Emiel Klaus scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jhon Cornelisse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute, Roel Daverveld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Bakkeveen FC's Roland Eefting nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bas Franssen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 16th minute Elmar Berendt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jhon Cornelisse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bas Franssen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roland Eefting's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Bakkeveen FC booed when Straat SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerald Huizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute, Roland Eefting ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bas Franssen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Straat SC's goalkeeper Bas Franssen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roel Daverveld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Bas Franssen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elmar Berendt to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Straat SC's zone, Roel Daverveld stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bas Franssen came out of the goal and Roel Daverveld tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bakkeveen FC's goalkeeper Jhon Cornelisse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Straat SC's goalkeeper Bas Franssen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Eefting. Thanks to some nice moves Roland Eefting could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Bas Franssen however easily saved by the left post. When %teams%'s Roel Daverveld was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-3 just inside the left pole, 68 minutes into the game. Bas Franssen was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Straat SC's Bas Franssen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roel Daverveld in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Gerald Reints was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bakkeveen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Straat SC the free kick. Gerald Reints hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The corner led Straat SC's Nigel Klasen to fire away a dangerous shot which Jhon Cornelisse despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Jeffrey Werner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bakkeveen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Straat SC the free kick. The supporters of Straat SC booed when Bakkeveen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeffrey Werner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bakkeveen FC's Roel Daverveld got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Straat SC's goalkeeper Bas Franssen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Eefting. 89 minutes into the match, Roel Daverveld dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bas Franssen, 1-4. Emiel Klaus might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jhon Cornelisse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiel Klaus ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bakkeveen FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
