Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florian Gerseke to make the kick off. Henk Castelen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Mitchell Vrede made a huge save. Stef Spijker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 정 가 in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zandkant's Florian Gerseke slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mitchell Vrede. That made the score 0-1 after 93 minutes of play. Mitchell Vrede made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henk Castelen in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zandkant eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
