After 6 minutes, Jurgen Hoffhuis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vorstenbosch FC and the urk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wesley Heerspink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hub Weerman having to interfere. Ronald Harmens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hub Weerman having to interfere. With his leg Hub Weerman managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when urk's Ronald Harmens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Twan Teuws had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hub Weerman made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Ronald Harmens sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Vorstenbosch FC's zone, Ronald Harmens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hub Weerman came out of the goal and Ronald Harmens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronald Harmens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Hub Weerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ronald Harmens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When urk's Wesley Heerspink in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vorstenbosch FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ronald Harmens in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hub Weerman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Vorstenbosch FC's Hub Weerman got control of the ball when Ronald Harmens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wesley Heerspink in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hub Weerman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th match minute, Vorstenbosch FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marinus Aalberts to maneuver through the defense. When Ronald Harmens came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the urk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronald Harmens couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Vorstenbosch FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Oscar van Rijswijk hit a great ball. Ronald Harmens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Hub Weerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Twan Teuws was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Vorstenbosch FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Heerspink came free, but Hub Weerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jurgen Hoffhuis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 62nd match minute, Vorstenbosch FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurgen Hoffhuis to maneuver through the defense. When Ronald Harmens came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the urk fans jumped to their feet. In the 71st minute, Twan Teuws hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mark van Rijswijk, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mirko Meindert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79thth minute of the game Wesley Heerspink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vorstenbosch FC's Hub Weerman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, urk's Riemer Oldenbeuving got control of the ball when Mirko Meindert tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Wesley Heerspink sped through Vorstenbosch FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hub Weerman. When the referee ended the match the urk players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
