Remond Boelens charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Remond Boelens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Jurre Dekker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. After 35 minutes of play, Malibu SE's Jelle Panter made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuri Jurjens was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Malibu SE's Kostadin Davidov got a free kick in the 40th minute. Jurgen Blaauwgeers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jurre Dekker in the 41st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jelle Panter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yuri Jurjens was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Malibu SE's Jurgen Blaauwgeers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sipke Siebum in the 44th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jelle Panter's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yuri Jurjens was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jurre Dekker to make the kick off. Jurgen Blaauwgeers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arjan Bust in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Jelle Panter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jelle Panter had several of the Specs's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Yuri Jurjens as he didn't even see the shot coming. 64 minutes into the game, Jelle Panter recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yuri Jurjens. Jelle Panter showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Jelle Panter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Yuri Jurjens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jelle Panter in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yuri Jurjens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Samuel Luoma fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malibu SE's protests and gave Samuel Luoma a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Malibu SE got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Luoma. In the 72nd minute Jurre Dekker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurgen Blaauwgeers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yuri Jurjens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jelle Panter in the 75th minute of play. In the 78th minute of the match, Jelle Panter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yuri Jurjens saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Domenik de Kort took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yuri Jurjens. Specs's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
