Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eddy Eulen started the match with the kick off. Klaus van Gastel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auke Deinse having to interfere. The supporters of FC Chocomel booed when Lombok HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Izaak Boerma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Co Schattenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes FC Chocomel got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinant Drok. Victor Lindenbergh, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Klaus van Gastel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31stth minute of the game Eddy Eulen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lombok HC's Jan-Joost Sybering was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jim Grijpstra's late challenge caught a Lombok HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jim Grijpstra helped the player get up and apologised. Jim Grijpstra hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Co Schattenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Auke Deinse having to make a save. In the 36th minute, Mark Brans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Co Schattenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lombok HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Co Schattenberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Auke Deinse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Co Schattenberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Auke Deinse skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Jim Grijpstra was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. Jim Grijpstra kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. FC Chocomel's Auke Deinse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save FC Chocomel from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Klaus van Gastel was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, FC Chocomel's goal looked a bit too open when Klaus van Gastel came free, but Auke Deinse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Co Schattenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Auke Deinse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klaus van Gastel in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Auke Deinse saved FC Chocomel from getting behind. Auke Deinse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Co Schattenberg's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Izaak Boerma kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tonnie de Visser managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Chocomel's supporters rose to their feet, but Tonnie de Visser was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Joost Sybering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the game, Klaus van Gastel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Auke Deinse was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Co Schattenberg struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Auke Deinse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lombok HC. Klaus van Gastel took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Auke Deinse. Auke Deinse dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Co Schattenberg in the 91st minute of play forced FC Chocomel's goalkeeper Auke Deinse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lombok HC's Klaus van Gastel got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Auke Deinse stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klaus van Gastel's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lombok HC had played much better football throughout.
