Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Molenstraat HC's Rudolf Rolink started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Molenstraat HC's Hans Stubbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Saarloos in the 3rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Felix Saarloos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pitteperk S.V.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Saarloos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans Stubbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hans Stubbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Saarloos in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Eric Kleiker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hans Stubbe was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Felix Saarloos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Felix Saarloos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Gerrie Graaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Rolink in the 25th minute of the match. Robbie Zandstra kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Teun Hoving had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Kleiker charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eric Kleiker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Fabian Kruiswijk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Molenstraat HC's Hans Stubbe didn't even have to move. Hans Stubbe made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Teun Hoving sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 35 minutes, Felix Saarloos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pitteperk S.V.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Saarloos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Molenstraat HC's goalkeeper Hans Stubbe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teun Hoving. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Molenstraat HC's goalkeeper Hans Stubbe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Saarloos to strike the kick off in the second half. Hans Stubbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teun Hoving, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Molenstraat HC's Hans Stubbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Saarloos in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Molenstraat HC's Harm Veen got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Felix Saarloos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Pitteperk S.V.'s goalkeeper Gerrie Graaf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel Harmsen. After 72 minutes, Harm Veen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Molenstraat HC and the Pitteperk S.V. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes Molenstraat HC got a freekick which was hit by Harm Veen. Rudolf Rolink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerrie Graaf having to interfere. Marcel Harmsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gerrie Graaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Pitteperk S.V.'s Gerrie Graaf got control of the ball when Harm Veen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Molenstraat HC's Hans Stubbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Saarloos in the 91st minute of play. When Teun Hoving came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Pitteperk S.V. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teun Hoving couldn't finish the play. If Marcel Harmsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pitteperk S.V. had won after a very even match.
