After 45 played minutes Philippine got a freekick which was hit by Sebastiaan Waesbergen. Guus Appeldoorn in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pim Das, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sjoerd Blikman made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Zoetebier got free with Kurt Robbermond in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kurt Robbermond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sjoerd Blikman in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Wilfred Baaijen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pim Das saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Zoetebier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Kurt Robbermond made a huge save. When Jan Borg fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Philippine's protests and gave Jan Borg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Philippine getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jan Borg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Rokkanje FC's zone, Alfred Zoetebier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kurt Robbermond came out of the goal and Alfred Zoetebier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabian Broers's late challenge caught a Philippine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Broers helped the player get up and apologised. Fabian Broers hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of Rokkanje FC booed when Philippine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Hansma didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Wilfred Baaijen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pim Das was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Rokkanje FC's Kurt Robbermond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Rokkanje FC from getting a goal against them.
