Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaap Wit took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Domenik Zegeling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haasdin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiel HC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Haasdin's Domenik Zegeling got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th match minute, Haasdin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Bos to maneuver through the defense. Japke Tigelaar made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Marick Janssens sent off a good shot on target. Toni Zoethout's late challenge caught a Haasdin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Zoethout helped the player get up and apologised. Jaap Wit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Zoetebier having to interfere. Jaap Wit scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Zoetebier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Zoetebier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Zoethout, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Tiel HC's Tim van Heiningen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stefan Zoetebier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Tiel HC's Andreas Janssen got a free kick in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Haasdin's Sjaak Beukenkamp broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Anton Lodewijks charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anton Lodewijks the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Haasdin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Lodewijks to maneuver through the defense. Tim van Heiningen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 34 played minutes Tiel HC got a freekick which was hit by Co Aalders. The supporters of Haasdin booed when Tiel HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Halen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Japke Tigelaar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 40th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sjaak Beukenkamp. Chris Halen charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chris Halen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Japke Tigelaar, was totally fooled by Haasdin's Sjaak Beukenkamp, who 47 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 57thth minute of the game Jaap Wit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haasdin's Stefan Zoetebier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tim van Heiningen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Stefan Zoetebier made a huge save. Leon Bos hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marick Janssens in the 63rd minute of play forced Tiel HC's goalkeeper Japke Tigelaar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Haasdin's Leon Bos got a free kick in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaap Wit in the 66th minute of play forced Haasdin's goalkeeper Stefan Zoetebier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marick Janssens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haasdin:s Stefan Zoetebier showed great skill when he stopped Pim de Zeeuw:s penalty. Jaap Wit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Zoetebier having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Marick Janssens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Japke Tigelaar was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Tiel HC booed when Haasdin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Lodewijks didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jaap Wit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 93rd minute Jaap Wit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Zoetebier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Japke Tigelaar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marick Janssens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marick Janssens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Japke Tigelaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tiel HC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Haasdin.
