Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stephan Wehkamp took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Ammerzoden HC's Jens Akkerman in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panningen's goalie prevented a goal. Rafael Blank showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heiko Bos in the 14th minute of the match. Donald Kuipers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elbert Barels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ammerzoden HC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Stephan Wehkamp scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Blank, making the score, 1-0. After recieving a nice pass, Panningen's Ted Helwig tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Arjen Fellinger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arjen Fellinger took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Blank. Rafael Blank dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stephan Wehkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Rafael Blank made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arjen Fellinger sent off a good shot on target. If Arjen Fellinger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Blank made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stephan Wehkamp in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jens Akkerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donald Kuipers was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Panningen's goalkeeper Donald Kuipers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jens Akkerman to make the kick off. Donald Kuipers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elbert Barels, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Arjen Fellinger came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Panningen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arjen Fellinger couldn't finish the play. 3-0 became the score in the 59th minute when Arjen Fellinger elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Johannes Carel fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ammerzoden HC's protests and gave Johannes Carel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ammerzoden HC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Johannes Carel hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Panningen's Stephan Wehkamp got a free kick in the 71st minute. A hard shot by Dirk Jeuring from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Donald Kuipers's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 78th minute Stephan Wehkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Blank saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stephan Wehkamp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Panningen booed when Ammerzoden HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Carel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arjen Fellinger took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Blank. Rafael Blank dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Panningen had won after a very even match.
