Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Enzing started the match with the kick off. Jordi van Assen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniël Valk in the 9th minute of the match. Edgar Enzing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th match minute, Wijster SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ted Schildkamp to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Gerrit Steffens from long distance, 15 minutes into the match, got Jordi van Assen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jordi van Assen made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gerjan Hof sent off a good shot on target. Arjen Daelemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Enting in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Daniël Valk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jordi van Assen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arjen Daelemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Enting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wijster SV's Jordi van Assen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniël Valk in the 30th minute of play. When Wijster SV's Edgar Enzing in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Luniabird's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Luniabird's zone, Edgar Enzing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arjen Daelemans came out of the goal and Edgar Enzing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Wijster SV's Japke Rieks got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gerjan Hof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ted Schildkamp was shown his second yellow card after 45 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Wijster SV's Ted Schildkamp got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

With a little luck, Luniabird's Arjen Daelemans got control of the ball when Edgard Enting tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgard Enting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Gerjan Hof managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luniabird's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerjan Hof was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jordi van Assen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard Enting's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Arjen Daelemans firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edgard Enting struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Arjen Daelemans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wijster SV. If Menno Weerd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wijster SV's Edgard Enting was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Daniël Valk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jordi van Assen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Enting recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgard Enting could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Arjen Daelemans made a huge save. In the 90th minute, Gerjan Hof got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 91st minute, Edgar Enzing hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jordi van Assen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerjan Hof in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Wijster SV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
