After 15 played minutes Dorterhoek S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Gert Drenth. Yorrick Broekema took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Koops, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Dremt S.V.'s goalkeeper Jurjen Kun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robin Rogaars. In the 23rd minute, Ruben Germs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Rogaars got free with Jurjen Kun in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Damien Zijden came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Dorterhoek S.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damien Zijden couldn't finish the play. Yorrick Broekema didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Dremt S.V.'s Ruben Germs shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Robin Rogaars got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dremt S.V.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damien Zijden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 68th minute Robin Rogaars shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurjen Kun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Dorterhoek S.C. fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Dorterhoek S.C.'s Damien Zijden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Richard Koops struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Yorrick Broekema didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dremt S.V.. If Damien Zijden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
