Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bernard Craandijk started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Lucas van Zomeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas van Zomeren in the 9th minute of play forced Putbroek's goalkeeper Dirk-Jan Andriessen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Lennart Hoekstra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wilfred Pronk came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Putbroek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilfred Pronk couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Bernard Craandijk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Zeeman was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Beets's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Craandijk came free, but Humberto Zeeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernard Craandijk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Humberto Zeeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Putbroek's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas van Zomeren came free, but Dirk-Jan Andriessen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Zeeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernard Craandijk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes, Ab Veldkamp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Putbroek and the Beets players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Beets. Coos Dowie stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dirk-Jan Andriessen. 0-1. Oscar Sleiffer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Beets's zone, Bernard Craandijk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Humberto Zeeman came out of the goal and Bernard Craandijk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas van Zomeren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas van Zomeren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Dirk-Jan Andriessen made a huge save. When Oscar Sleiffer fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beets's protests and gave Oscar Sleiffer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Bas Langenbach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Bernard Craandijk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Putbroek's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernard Craandijk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Zeeman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Putbroek's zone, Lucas van Zomeren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dirk-Jan Andriessen came out of the goal and Lucas van Zomeren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas van Zomeren in the 64th minute of play forced Putbroek's goalkeeper Dirk-Jan Andriessen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oscar Sleiffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dirk-Jan Andriessen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas van Zomeren in the 68th minute of the match. In the 76th play minute Bas Langenbach came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Dirk-Jan Andriessen. 0-2. Bas Langenbach succeeded in the game's 80th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Dirk-Jan Andriessen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas van Zomeren in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Beets was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Otten to maneuver through the defense. When Oscar Sleiffer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. Oscar Sleiffer kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Putbroek's Max Ieberink couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Beets.
