The supporters of Westerholte booed when Baaiduinen FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor van Galen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anton Senden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Fens, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 18th minute, Frits Vonk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roelof Beishuizen struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Anton Senden didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westerholte. When Hub Wansink fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baaiduinen FC's protests and gave Hub Wansink a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baaiduinen FC's Hub Wansink got a free kick in the 20th minute.
