When Mark Aalst fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bantega's protests and gave Mark Aalst a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th play minute Marco de Freitas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jan van Galen. 2-0. Marco de Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan van Galen having to interfere. In the 34th minute Andy Gerfen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan van Galen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco de Freitas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan van Galen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Bantega getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Mark Aalst hit a great ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Marco de Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schweiberg HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco de Freitas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marco de Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jan van Galen made a huge save. When Bantega's Rob Dost in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Schweiberg HC's goalie prevented a goal.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Gerfen in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan van Galen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thijs de Coninck during the 63rd minute.
