Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eric van Nieuwstadt started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Zoom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelvin Dekkers to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Eric van Nieuwstadt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falco Houtman was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After 10 played minutes Tilligte got a freekick which was hit by Jurgen van der Valk. A collision led to Zoom getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kelvin Dekkers hit a great ball. Stefan Bruinsma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Borst in the 18th minute of the match. Stefan Bruinsma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Borst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric van Nieuwstadt in the 27th minute of play forced Tilligte's goalkeeper Falco Houtman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Billy Ihselmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tilligte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zoom the free kick. Billy Ihselmann hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Tilligte's goalkeeper Falco Houtman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudi van Dalfsen. In the 32ndth minute of the game Eric van Nieuwstadt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tilligte's Falco Houtman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Tilligte's Falco Houtman got control of the ball when Rudi van Dalfsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eric van Nieuwstadt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Falco Houtman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Rudi van Dalfsen made a precise shot to the right of Falco Houtman. Tilligte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Marcus Borst fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Bruinsma having to interfere. A collision led to Tilligte getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jef Kolkman hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Tilligte's goalkeeper Falco Houtman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rudi van Dalfsen. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Falco Houtman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric van Nieuwstadt in the 51st minute of play. Stefan Bruinsma made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Wim Mans sent off a good shot on target. Falco Houtman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric van Nieuwstadt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jef Kolkman got free with Stefan Bruinsma in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wim Mans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zoom's Stefan Bruinsma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Zoom from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Rudi van Dalfsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zoom's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudi van Dalfsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Falco Houtman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Falco Houtman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric van Nieuwstadt, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Zoom:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tilligte:s goal. The referee gave Tilligte a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jack Baalman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Zoom's Stefan Bruinsma. 1-1. Eric van Nieuwstadt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Falco Houtman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Rudi van Dalfsen notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Tilligte's Falco Houtman. Falco Houtman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Zoom defense, Wim Mans kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Bruinsma. The Zoom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Bruinsma should have stopped the shot.
