Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tjeerd Akkerboom made the kick off which started today's match. When Kristof Pik got free in front of the goal in the 11th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Pascall Huisingh was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 14 minutes, Godfried Eschendaal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beuseberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godfried Eschendaal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristof Pik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pascall Huisingh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristof Pik in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Kristof Pik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 22 played minutes Beuseberg got a freekick which was hit by Jef Roordink. In the 25th minute, Remond Drenth made a precise shot to the right of Marcel Lyle. Beuseberg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Tjeerd Akkerboom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Marcel Lyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Augstbuurt's Robert-Jan Klaus got a free kick in the 36th minute. Pascall Huisingh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfried Eschendaal in the 41st minute. Willem Schaars's late challenge caught a Augstbuurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Willem Schaars helped the player get up and apologised.
56 minutes into the match, Augstbuurt's goal looked a bit too open when Godfried Eschendaal came free, but Pascall Huisingh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godfried Eschendaal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Pascall Huisingh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Remond Drenth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tjeerd Akkerboom in the 69th minute of play forced Beuseberg's goalkeeper Marcel Lyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristof Pik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Beuseberg's Kristof Pik in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Augstbuurt's goalie prevented a goal. Godfried Eschendaal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascall Huisingh having to interfere. Pascall Huisingh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristof Pik in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Godfried Eschendaal notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Augstbuurt's Pascall Huisingh. Pascall Huisingh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Augstbuurt succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Beuseberg had controlled the match.
