Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Harald Lange made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Heijningen's Benjamin Hulshof nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geale Westra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Joost Rijaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heijningen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Armwei SV the free kick. Joost Rijaard hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Hulshof's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geale Westra was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Edwin van der Schans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucien Wielens, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Hulshof in the 27th minute of play forced Armwei SV's goalkeeper Geale Westra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edwin van der Schans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Wilfried Koerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Cees Maurits in the 52nd minute of the match. René Neijsen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Geale Westra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Harald Lange sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Zegers kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes Heijningen got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Hulshof. Benjamin Hulshof stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Armwei SV's defenders and the ball went out. Heijningen appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Armwei SV's zone, Benjamin Hulshof stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geale Westra came out of the goal and Benjamin Hulshof tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Benjamin Hulshof had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Armwei SV's goalkeeper Geale Westra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Hulshof. Heijningen's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
