Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kenneth Middel made the kick off and thus started the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jack Hebels during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zwaanshoek's Jack Hebels got a free kick in the 2nd minute. If Bennie Kimman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Riemer Hassel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Otto de Kort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zwaanshoek's goalkeeper Paul Hegeman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenneth Middel might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otto de Kort. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kenneth Middel ran back to his position shaking his head. Gerben Wermans hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Bennie Kimman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Otto de Kort didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Riemer Hassel went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 39 minutes, Bennie Kimman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meddeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bennie Kimman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Otto de Kort showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Middel in the 47th minute of the match.
During the 55th minute of the match Jack Hebels completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jack Hebels a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 56th minute, Jack Hebels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 62 played minutes Meddeo got a freekick which was hit by Wilfried Tevreden. Wilfried Tevreden's late challenge caught a Zwaanshoek's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilfried Tevreden helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Meddeo's Wilfried Tevreden got a free kick in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Meddeo's zone, Riemer Hassel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otto de Kort came out of the goal and Riemer Hassel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stephan Schoonderwoerd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Otto de Kort tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Hegeman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bennie Kimman in the 73rd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Johannes van Driest hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Zwaanshoek's goal looked a bit too open when Bennie Kimman came free, but Paul Hegeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Middel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. If Izaak van Dartel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otto de Kort showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riemer Hassel, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Wim Gierman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Paul Hegeman made a huge save. The Meddeo players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Zwaanshoek from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
