In the 14th match minute, Heierhoeve was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bob Kuypers to maneuver through the defense. Pieter Schiphouwer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Benjamin Ieberink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brain de Winter in the 23rd minute of play forced Moerwijk FC's goalkeeper Menno Stam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godfried Rueda kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Henk Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Benjamin Ieberink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henk Reis in the 28th minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Boukjan Redan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Heierhoeve's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henk Reis who took care of the corner kick. Jan Hendrik Doren was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Bob Kuypers kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 56 minutes, Daniel van den Bergh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heierhoeve and the Moerwijk FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Heierhoeve got a freekick which was hit by Daniel van den Bergh. In the 57th minute of the match Henk Reis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benjamin Ieberink skillfully saved the ball. Benjamin Ieberink didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moerwijk FC. Tom Degenkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Heierhoeve's goal looked a bit too open when Boukjan Redan came free, but Benjamin Ieberink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John van As during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Heierhoeve booed when Moerwijk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. John van As didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Heierhoeve's Brain de Winter slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Menno Stam. That made the score 1-1 after 80 minutes of play. Joop Alkema's late challenge caught a Moerwijk FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joop Alkema helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute Boukjan Redan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Ieberink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joop Ridder struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Menno Stam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heierhoeve.
