Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wim Halen kicked off to start the match. Bart Kluivert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allard Hoving in the 2nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wim Halen in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Wiggers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bart Kluivert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allard Hoving in the 7th minute of the match. A collision led to Buurtsdijk SC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gijsbert van Damme hit a great ball. Arnout Wiggers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Halen in the 16th minute of the match. Giovanni Steelman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Arnout Wiggers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wim Halen fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaete V.V.'s protests and gave Wim Halen a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tommie Mans during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Gaete V.V. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Tommie Mans hit a great ball. Allard Hoving sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Steelman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Arnout Wiggers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Wiggers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Halen in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert van Damme made a kick off. Wim Halen struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Arnout Wiggers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaete V.V.. Wim Halen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Wiggers having to interfere. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Allard Hoving sped through Gaete V.V.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bart Kluivert. Arnout Wiggers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Halen, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 72nd minute, Wim Halen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gaete V.V. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Arnout Wiggers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Halen, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Ronald Elst was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gaete V.V.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buurtsdijk SC the free kick. In the 79th minute, Ronald Elst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Gaete V.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert van Damme came free, but Bart Kluivert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bart Kluivert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert van Damme in the 84th minute of the match. Wim Halen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronald Elst hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 95 played minutes Buurtsdijk SC got a freekick which was hit by Job van Galen. Bart Kluivert was a little too slow when Jaap de Putter got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 98th minute. The score was now 1-3. The Gaete V.V. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Buurtsdijk SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Buurtsdijk SC.
