Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jens Kimman made the kick off and thus started the match. When Rienderen's Wim Ijspol in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lewedorp HC's goalie prevented a goal. Gert Jan Knuppel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gerrit van Rooijen came out and tried to block the shot, but Gert Jan Knuppel slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Gerrit van Rooijen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Benjamin Ekelhoff. In the 14th match minute, Lewedorp HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Nieuwburg to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Ivo Weinands from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Gerrit van Rooijen's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 25 minutes into the match, Lewedorp HC's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Jan Knuppel came free, but Gerrit van Rooijen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Lewedorp HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bart Nieuwburg to maneuver through the defense. Ivo Weinands was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gert Jan Knuppel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Gerrit van Rooijen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Steve Randag got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute Jens Kimman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danny van der Gouw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Steve Randag struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Danny van der Gouw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lewedorp HC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gert Jan Knuppel to make the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Twan Hovenkamp shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danny van der Gouw showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Jan Knuppel in the 55th minute of play forced Lewedorp HC's goalkeeper Gerrit van Rooijen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gert Jan Knuppel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerrit van Rooijen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. If Gert Jan Knuppel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Wim Ijspol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rienderen's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Ijspol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerrit van Rooijen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steve Randag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Danny van der Gouw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Steve Randags short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Danny van der Gouw to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gert Jan Knuppel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerrit van Rooijen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gert Jan Knuppel's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Bart Nieuwburg hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Rienderen's goalkeeper Danny van der Gouw had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steve Randag. Rienderen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
