Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Gert Jan Knuppel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lemmer's Gerrit Beukenkamp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gert Jan Knuppel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gerrit Beukenkamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Ijspol in the 12th minute of play forced Lemmer's goalkeeper Gerrit Beukenkamp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Wim Ijspol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerrit Beukenkamp. Lemmer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wim Ijspol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, Lemmer's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Lans came free, but Gerrit Beukenkamp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anton Lans kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Jan-Willem Zwarthoet fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rienderen's protests and gave Jan-Willem Zwarthoet a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Willem Zwarthoet hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rienderen's Anton Lans got a free kick in the 30th minute. Roy Hoven made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 31stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Danny van der Gouw would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 32 minutes, Olof Bas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lemmer and the Rienderen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Lemmer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Bas to maneuver through the defense. If Roy Hoven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th match minute, Rienderen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonny Heulmann to maneuver through the defense. Danny van der Gouw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjors van Hintum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Willem Zwarthoet kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Ivo Weinands hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lemmer's Douwe Pieters couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rienderen.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gert Jan Knuppel was the one to do the kick off. Lemmer's Roy Hoven got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gert Jan Knuppel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, Rienderen's goal looked a bit too open when Sjors van Hintum came free, but Danny van der Gouw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Roy Hoven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Roy Hoven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lemmer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Hoven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Wim Ijspol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Douwe Pieters took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Danny van der Gouw. Rienderen's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Rienderen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Rienderen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
