Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andreas Beukenkamp took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Baken Eendracht's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Hohenstein came free, but Ronald Meijeringh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frans Rensenbrink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karsten Alferink, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wim Theisens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronald Meijeringh having to interfere. Ronald Meijeringh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Hohenstein in the 17th minute of play. Wim Theisens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Ronald Meijeringh made a huge save. 24 minutes into the game, Wim Theisens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ronald Meijeringh. Wim Theisens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Baken Eendracht's zone, Eric Hohenstein stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronald Meijeringh came out of the goal and Eric Hohenstein tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Hohenstein in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronald Meijeringh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerard Pluym was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Terwisscha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristof de Haan to maneuver through the defense. If Karsten Alferink had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karsten Alferink in the 46th minute of play forced Terwisscha's goalkeeper Frans Rensenbrink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristof de Haan during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Terwisscha getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Kristof de Haan hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Terwisscha's goalkeeper Frans Rensenbrink, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Wim Theisens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 64th minute of the match Kristof de Haan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kristof de Haan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 65th minute, Kristof de Haan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Robert Hindriks in the 65th minute really tested Frans Rensenbrink's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Wim Theisens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jack Siemers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Frans Rensenbrink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frans Rensenbrink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andreas Beukenkamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, Karsten Alferink had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frans Rensenbrink. Terwisscha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karsten Alferink was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 95th minute Andreas Beukenkamp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Rensenbrink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
