Lennart Planting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Eddy Sturm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peelstraat's Oliver Harmens got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oliver Harmens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Carlo Boswijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eddy Sturm made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Lennart Planting sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the match, Peelstraat's goal looked a bit too open when Nico-Jan ter Averst came free, but Jurjen van Baarle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Oliver Harmens came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Peelstraat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Harmens couldn't finish the play. Oliver Harmens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Harmens struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Eddy Sturm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peelstraat. After some careless play in the Peelstraat defense, Nico-Jan ter Averst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jurjen van Baarle. The Peelstraat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jurjen van Baarle should have stopped the shot. Emiel Booy's late challenge caught a Moordhuizen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiel Booy helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute, Emiel Booy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jurjen van Baarle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nico-Jan ter Averst, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Nico-Jan ter Averst blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jurjen van Baarle having to make a save. Bennie Ellerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jurjen van Baarle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Harmens made a kick off. Jurjen van Baarle made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Bennie Ellerman sent off a good shot on target. When Kurt Dam fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peelstraat's protests and gave Kurt Dam a yellow card for diving instead. Kurt Dam hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Bennie Ellerman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tommie Fens's late challenge caught a Peelstraat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tommie Fens helped the player get up and apologised. Tommie Fens kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Lennart Planting who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moordhuizen's Eddy Sturm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bennie Ellerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jurjen van Baarle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Moordhuizen booed when Peelstraat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rik Popping didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Peelstraat's goal looked a bit too open when Nico-Jan ter Averst came free, but Jurjen van Baarle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lennart Planting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddy Sturm having to interfere. In the 77th minute Oliver Harmens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Sturm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Peelstraat's goal looked a bit too open when Nico-Jan ter Averst came free, but Jurjen van Baarle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moordhuizen's goalkeeper Eddy Sturm, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jurjen van Baarle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Boswijk in the 87th minute. Eddy Sturm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Planting in the 90th minute of the match. Eddy Sturm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Harmens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eddy Sturm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Harmens, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Lennart Planting struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Eddy Sturm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peelstraat. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Moordhuizen walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
