Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Falco Mol kicked off to start the match. When Lennart Planting came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Peelstraat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Planting couldn't finish the play. Lennart Planting could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Pieter Schophuis made a huge save. After 5 played minutes Hattelaar FC got a freekick which was hit by Jurre de Zwart. Lennart Planting received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Pieter Schophuis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Hattelaar FC's goalkeeper Pieter Schophuis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennart Planting. Jurjen van Baarle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falco Mol in the 14th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Lennart Planting managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peelstraat's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Planting was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pieter Schophuis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pieter Schophuis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Harmens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Hattelaar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Harmens came free, but Pieter Schophuis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 25 minutes, Simon Knopper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hattelaar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Knopper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Falco Mol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Falco Mol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jurjen van Baarle was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Gido Ter kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Bruno Sparnaaij was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Planting got free with Pieter Schophuis in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41stth minute of the game Oliver Harmens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hattelaar FC's Pieter Schophuis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oliver Harmens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Gido Ter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurjen van Baarle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Simon Knopper had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jurjen van Baarle. Peelstraat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Knopper was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oliver Harmens was the one to do the kick off. When Kurt Dam fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Peelstraat's protests and gave Kurt Dam a yellow card for diving instead. Kurt Dam kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Lennart Planting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter Schophuis having to interfere. Rik Popping hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Gido Ter fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hattelaar FC's protests and gave Gido Ter a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hattelaar FC's Gido Ter got a free kick in the 68th minute. Lennart Planting fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter Schophuis having to interfere. If Lennart Planting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Falco Mol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jurjen van Baarle having to make a save. Jurjen van Baarle made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Simon Knopper sent off a good shot on target. Peelstraat's Jurjen van Baarle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Peelstraat from getting a goal against them. If Lennart Planting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gido Ter kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Pieter Schophuis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Planting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Peelstraat fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hattelaar FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
