Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Geuzenbuurt's Klaas Degeling started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Geuzenbuurt's zone, Meindert de Zwaan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rien Blanker came out of the goal and Meindert de Zwaan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Belcrum getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fokke Westra hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Geuzenbuurt's Gert Jan Hoogenkamp tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Teun Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fokke Westra hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Eelco Talsma charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eelco Talsma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Geuzenbuurt getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Eelco Talsma hit a great ball. Belcrum's Boudewijn Oorthuis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 28th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rien Blanker but with some difficulty. In the 32nd minute, Geuzenbuurt's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Frank Kruit fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Gio Steen took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rien Blanker to make any attempt to save it. After 36 played minutes Belcrum got a freekick which was hit by Jan Hendrik Rinzema. Pierre van der Schaaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teun Berg in the 45th minute of the match. After 49 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Geuzenbuurt! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gio Steen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59thth minute of the game Frank Kruit who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Geuzenbuurt's Rien Blanker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gio Steen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rien Blanker having to interfere. Roeland Oosterman hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Teun Berg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Pierre van der Schaaf tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre van der Schaaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaas Degeling in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Belcrum's Gio Steen got a free kick in the 78th minute. Klaas Degeling struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Pierre van der Schaaf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geuzenbuurt. Teun Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Klaas Degeling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Kruit took the ball and in the 100 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rien Blanker. Rien Blanker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0.
