Lennart Waard made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Hans Broos sent off a good shot on target. Remond Arnolds kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes in the game, Jan Hendrik Karelse fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Lennart Waard having to interfere. Casper Hoven charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casper Hoven the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th match minute, Tereijken V.V. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Hoven to maneuver through the defense. Eerbeek FC's Ron Nyemanting took a good shot, in the 9th minute, which hit the crossbar above Gert Opdam's head, and flew over the goal. Tereijken V.V.'s manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Eerbeek FC. Rafael Kruit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gert Opdam having to interfere. Hans Broos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Lennart Waard when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Remond Arnolds hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Gert Opdam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sipke Eylens in the 24th minute of the match. If Rafael Kruit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 32 in the game by Hans Broos from a close distance when the talented Lennart Waard managed to make a qualified save. Eerbeek FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Eerbeek FC booed when Tereijken V.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theo de Haan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Jelle van der Linden in the 36th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gert Opdam's left hand side. In the 37th minute, Jan Staarman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sipke Eylens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Waard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Hendrik Karelse, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Sipke Eylens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sipke Eylens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casper Hoven hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sipke Eylens made a kick off. Hans Broos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lennart Waard having to make a save. Lennart Waard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferry van Dijk in the 62nd minute of play. When Sipke Eylens came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Eerbeek FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sipke Eylens couldn't finish the play. Lennart Waard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Broos in the 70th minute of the match. Rafael Kruit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gert Opdam having to make a save. Eerbeek FC's Lennart Waard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Broos in the 76th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Eerbeek FC got a freekick which was hit by Remond Arnolds. Rafael Kruit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Gert Opdam made a huge save. After having played for 88 minutes, Sipke Eylens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eerbeek FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sipke Eylens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan Hendrik Karelse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tereijken V.V.'s Hans Broos got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sipke Eylens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Eerbeek FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tereijken V.V. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
