Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Harry Nijsse kicked off to start the match. Billy van Gessel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Zilverberg having to interfere. If Billy van Gessel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry Nijsse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Helwig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corné Pruischer having to interfere. Tolkamer's Marco Zilverberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Nijsse in the 11th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Daan Heide mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tolkamer and the Zevenaar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 15 played minutes Tolkamer got a freekick which was hit by Daan Heide. After having played for 16 minutes, Harry Nijsse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zevenaar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Nijsse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Corné Pruischer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Helwig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gerald Boerma during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 26 in the game by Billy van Gessel from a close distance when the talented Marco Zilverberg managed to make a qualified save. Tolkamer's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Nijsse in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Zilverberg saved Tolkamer from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Leon Helwig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corné Pruischer. Zevenaar FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Helwig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Zevenaar FC booed when Tolkamer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerald Boerma didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zevenaar FC's zone, Leon Helwig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corné Pruischer came out of the goal and Leon Helwig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olof Karelse's late challenge caught a Tolkamer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olof Karelse helped the player get up and apologised. Tolkamer's Jim Heitinga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Corné Pruischer in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gerald Boerma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Zevenaar FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tolkamer were winning 0-1.

61 minutes into the match, Tolkamer's Jim Heitinga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corné Pruischer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the game, Jim Heitinga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Corné Pruischer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Harry Nijsse put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Zilverberg. The crowd rose to their feet as Tolkamer's Jim Heitinga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Corné Pruischer. That made the score 1-3 after 74 minutes of play. Corné Pruischer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leon Helwig in the 78th minute. In the 80th match minute, Zevenaar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Karelse to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Jurre Werner in the 81st minute really tested Corné Pruischer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 82 played minutes Zevenaar FC got a freekick which was hit by Ted van Dam. Jim Heitinga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tolkamer's Marco Zilverberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billy van Gessel in the 91st minute of play. Corné Pruischer made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Leon Helwig sent off a good shot on target.
