Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eexterveen's Kevin Damstra started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Demy Uebels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Eexterveen getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Emile Roorda hit a great ball. Maikel Friebel's late challenge caught a Eexterveen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maikel Friebel helped the player get up and apologised. Stefano Roelofsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Klaus Graaf in the 22nd minute. If Gerben Wielaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerben Wielaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Herman Plagge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demy Uebels might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herman Plagge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Demy Uebels ran back to his position shaking his head. Kevin Damstra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefano Roelofsen having to interfere. Kevin Damstra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerben Wielaert made a kick off. Klaus Graaf struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Stefano Roelofsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eexterveen. After having played for 65 minutes, Demy Uebels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tolbert FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Demy Uebels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Eexterveen's Emile Roorda got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th match minute, Eexterveen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lennart Reinhard to maneuver through the defense. Herman Plagge was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gerben Wielaert showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 71 minute of play. A collision led to Tolbert FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jim Saarloos hit a great ball. If Kevin Damstra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 minutes, Pepijn van Steensel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tolbert FC and the Eexterveen players grew even worse after the yellow card. 83 minutes into the match, Klaus Graaf notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Tolbert FC's Stefano Roelofsen. Stefano Roelofsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 86 played minutes Eexterveen got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Harmens. After 88 played minutes Eexterveen got a freekick which was hit by Olaf Harmens. A collision led to Tolbert FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jim Saarloos hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tolbert FC's zone, Kevin Damstra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefano Roelofsen came out of the goal and Kevin Damstra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
