Wouter de Gooijer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dick Karelse showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Ab Thijsse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ab Thijsse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David van der Stoel having to interfere. Gregor Meinders hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Karsten Huisman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rob Snoeks's late challenge caught a Everloo HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rob Snoeks helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Rob Snoeks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes, Ronny Opdam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enumatil FC and the Everloo HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Ronny Opdam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wouter de Gooijer came out of the goal and Daan Breinburg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daan Breinburg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Wouter de Gooijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Karelse in the 39th minute of play forced Enumatil FC's goalkeeper Wouter de Gooijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dick Karelse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes, Erben Baardmam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Enumatil FC and the Everloo HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Enumatil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erben Baardmam to maneuver through the defense. Karsten Huisman struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. David van der Stoel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Enumatil FC. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ab Thijsse to make the kick off. Wouter de Gooijer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dick Karelse in the 56th minute of the match. Daan Breinburg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Wouter de Gooijer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 64 minutes of play, Everloo HC's Dick Karelse made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wouter de Gooijer was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Dick Karelse came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Everloo HC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dick Karelse couldn't finish the play. In the 78th match minute, Everloo HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Bleiswijk to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Everloo HC's David van der Stoel got control of the ball when Karsten Huisman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wouter de Gooijer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daan Breinburg, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Enumatil FC's Erben Baardmam got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Erben Baardmam off the ground. Erben Baardmam hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Dick Karelse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daan Breinburg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wouter de Gooijer having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Everloo HC fully deserved thier win.
