Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) John van Baarle started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Iwan Wielens struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Ricky Lindeman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wessingen. Wessingen's Donald de Putter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John van Baarle in the 6th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Timmie van Bommel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wessingen and the Vijcie FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timmie van Bommel hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Nick Evenhuis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Compaan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Nick Evenhuis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ricky Lindeman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricky Lindeman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Evenhuis in the 21st minute of the match. If Douwe Windmuller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John van Baarle in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donald de Putter saved Wessingen from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Vijcie FC's zone, Nick Evenhuis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricky Lindeman came out of the goal and Nick Evenhuis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ricky Lindeman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nick Evenhuis, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Nick Evenhuis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricky Lindeman having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Nick Evenhuis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wessingen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nick Evenhuis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Nick Evenhuis kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Donald de Putter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Douwe Windmuller in the 54th minute. Timmie van Bommel hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Remco Schoenmakers kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Iwan Wielens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Wessingen booed when Vijcie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Compaan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iwan Wielens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th match minute, Vijcie FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Compaan to maneuver through the defense. Wessingen's Mirko Deijkers couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Vijcie FC. When Arnout de Jong fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vijcie FC's protests and gave Arnout de Jong a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wessingen booed when Vijcie FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnout de Jong didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Nick Evenhuis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricky Lindeman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donald de Putter didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 78th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. 82 minutes into the match, Vijcie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Evenhuis came free, but Ricky Lindeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vijcie FC's Ricky Lindeman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Evenhuis in the 85th minute of play.
