Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Medhuizen FC's Allard Redan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jorn Grommers kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mike Wagenaar couldn't finish the play. Roger Ostermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allard Redan in the 19th minute of play. Medhuizen FC's Lucas Deijnen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Craandijk in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Medhuizen FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Oscar Winters hit a great ball. Bastiaan Veentjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Allard Redan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Kortenhoeven HC defense, Allard Redan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roger Ostermann. The Kortenhoeven HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roger Ostermann should have stopped the shot. If Bastiaan Veentjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascal Craandijk to strike the kick off in the second half. Allard Redan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute.
