Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ryan Grijp got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Grijp in the 4th minute of play forced Bottel FC's goalkeeper Gido Zonneveld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remond Berends hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Albert Kruit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem Vonk having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Wim Jorna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the game, Rob Struik was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nijhoven FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bottel FC the free kick. Rob Struik hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Twan Naaijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bottel FC's Remond Berends got a free kick in the 24th minute. Gido Zonneveld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Grijp in the 27th minute of the match. Willem Vonk came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Bottel FC's Albert Kruit. But to his dismay, Albert Kruit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joep van der Valk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Willem Vonk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Gido Zonneveld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Twan Naaijer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match Denny Schuttrup sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gido Zonneveld skillfully saved the ball. After 59th play minutes Joep van der Valk shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Willem Vonk and just under the crossbar into goal. Willem Vonk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joep van der Valk in the 67th minute. If Albert Kruit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gido Zonneveld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Twan Naaijer in the 74th minute of the match. Gido Zonneveld made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Twan Naaijer in the 78th minute of play. Twan Naaijer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gido Zonneveld having to interfere. If Albert Kruit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willem Vonk made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Joep van der Valk sent off a good shot on target. If Joep van der Valk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
