Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jan Lokin charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Lokin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Klidse booed when Langstraat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Lokin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Langstraat's Jan Lokin got a free kick in the 6th minute. Ramon Stam scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pieter-Jan Pool, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. John Everts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Japke Bouwens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Klidse's goal looked a bit too open when Japke Bouwens came free, but John Everts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Staarman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but John Everts made a huge save. In the 21st minute, Klidse's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alex Staarman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Japke Bouwens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Japke Bouwens came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Langstraat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Japke Bouwens couldn't finish the play. Ramon Stam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter-Jan Pool having to interfere. A collision led to Klidse getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Sander Eisenga hit a great ball. When Japke Bouwens came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Langstraat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Japke Bouwens couldn't finish the play. Jordy Jans kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. John Everts was a little too slow when Japke Bouwens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-1. After 41 played minutes Langstraat got a freekick which was hit by Jan Lokin. Alex Staarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Everts having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramon Stam was the one to do the kick off. John Everts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Japke Bouwens, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Klidse's supporters rose to their feet, but Daan Vrieze was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pieter-Jan Pool breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Japke Bouwens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of John Everts. Klidse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Japke Bouwens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After having played for 76 minutes, Japke Bouwens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langstraat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Japke Bouwens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. John Everts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Japke Bouwens's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Langstraat getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jan Lokin hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Langstraat had won after a very even match.
