Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anthony den Engelsman made the kick off which started today's match. Jan Eschendaal came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pieter-Jan Pool could save by the left post. Japke Bouwens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jan-Joost Moorlag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthony den Engelsman in the 21st minute of play forced Langstraat's goalkeeper Pieter-Jan Pool to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the game, one of Langstraat:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 30th minute, Japke Bouwens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Joost Moorlag was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 40 minutes into the match, Langstraat's goalkeeper Pieter-Jan Pool had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Eschendaal. Langstraat's Wessel Buskermolen suffered a sore thigh after 45 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 46th match minute, Hydaard SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Verbeek to maneuver through the defense. The Hydaard SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Langstraat were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Staarman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan-Joost Moorlag made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Alex Staarman sent off a good shot on target. In the 60thth minute of the game Roland Verbeek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Langstraat's Pieter-Jan Pool was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Jan Eschendaal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hydaard SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Eschendaal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pieter-Jan Pool breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony den Engelsman in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pieter-Jan Pool saved Langstraat from getting behind. Pieter-Jan Pool showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Eschendaal, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Anthony den Engelsman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pieter-Jan Pool having to interfere. Jan Eschendaal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Staarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Joost Moorlag having to interfere.
