Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hendrik-Jan Reitsma made the kick off and thus started the match. Jochem Schenning came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kuipersveer HC's Huub Hilkes. But to his dismay, Huub Hilkes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 8th minute Hendrik-Jan Reitsma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Bont saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dirk Lamberts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mark Bont came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Tin's Dirk Lamberts. But to his dismay, Dirk Lamberts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 18th minute Joost de Boer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jochem Schenning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Huub Hilkes struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jochem Schenning didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kuipersveer HC. Joost de Boer might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jochem Schenning. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joost de Boer ran back to his position shaking his head. Lex Senden hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Mark Bont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hendrik-Jan Reitsma in the 27th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, Tin's Dirk Lamberts made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Bont was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hendrik-Jan Reitsma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 44 minutes into the match, Tin's Hendrik-Jan Reitsma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mark Bont narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mark Bont made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hendrik-Jan Reitsma in the 46th minute of play. Tin were winning 1-2.

The audience was convinced that Joost de Boer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jochem Schenning was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Joost de Boer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jochem Schenning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 58 minutes, Ben Tuhuteru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tin and the Kuipersveer HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joost de Boer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jochem Schenning tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kuipersveer HC's Mark Bont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendrik-Jan Reitsma in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Tin's Dirk Lamberts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mark Bont narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joost de Boer in the 70th minute of play forced Tin's goalkeeper Jochem Schenning to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hendrik-Jan Reitsma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Kuipersveer HC's goalkeeper Mark Bont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dirk Lamberts. Dirk Lamberts hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Joost de Boer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joost de Boer took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jochem Schenning. Jochem Schenning dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. If Huub Hilkes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Grijp hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Dirk Lamberts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Mark Bont tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Huub Hilkes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
