A collision led to Veldhunten FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Boukjan Klompe hit a great ball. Gert Oss got in the 27th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Maikel de Backer handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When Eigen FC's Gert Oss in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Veldhunten FC's goalie prevented a goal. Veldhunten FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gert Oss 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Eigen FC's Elroy Verhoeven got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eigen FC's Laurens Woering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronald Veldman in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gert Oss made a kick off. Menno Walstra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Ronald Veldman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laurens Woering was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laurens Woering showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Gert Oss sped through Veldhunten FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maikel de Backer. In the 88th minute Gert Oss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maikel de Backer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eigen FC's Fabian van Zeist got a free kick in the 94th minute. 97 minutes into the match, Veldhunten FC's Menno Walstra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laurens Woering narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
