Hellcity Redstars F.C's Danny Blanker pulled a muscle in his leg after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Boukjan Klompe fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veldhunten FC's protests and gave Boukjan Klompe a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Henk Ijksma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hellcity Redstars F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Henk Ijksma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriaan Ricksen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Veldhunten FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adriaan Ricksen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Henk Ijksma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Adriaan Ricksen got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Lucien Jongsma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maikel de Backer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menno Walstra in the 62nd minute of play forced Hellcity Redstars F.C's goalkeeper Gert van der Werff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Veldhunten FC's Maikel de Backer got control of the ball when Henk Ijksma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adriaan Ricksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maikel de Backer having to interfere. Adriaan Ricksen in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maikel de Backer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Falco Tieleman came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Hellcity Redstars F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Falco Tieleman couldn't finish the play. Maikel de Backer made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Adriaan Ricksen sent off a good shot on target. Falco Tieleman charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Falco Tieleman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Falco Tieleman hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Adriaan Ricksen managed to get in a good position for a shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Grol during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
