Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Godfried Staal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrej Moštenan in the 3rd minute of play. Godfried Staal came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Empe Excelsior's Andrej Moštenan. But to his dismay, Andrej Moštenan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 6th minute, Willem Buskes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zeewolde's Godfried Staal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Tor in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emile Rodenboog in the 13th minute of play forced Empe Excelsior's goalkeeper Haroldo Poncio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Poncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elco Huizinga in the 16th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Elco Huizinga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo Poncio was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Zeewolde's goal looked a bit too open when Andrej Moštenan came free, but Godfried Staal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25thth minute of the game Gregorio Tor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zeewolde's Godfried Staal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 26 played minutes Zeewolde got a freekick which was hit by Jacobus Zuidema. Haroldo Poncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emile Rodenboog in the 28th minute of the match. Dirk Bruin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Emile Rodenboog might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haroldo Poncio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emile Rodenboog ran back to his position shaking his head. Gregorio Tor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Empe Excelsior getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Pascal Hof hit a great ball. Godfried Staal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrej Moštenan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Andrej Moštenan made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Empe Excelsior getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Dirk Bruin hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Zeewolde's Gooitzen Arnolds seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gooitzen Arnolds the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Zeewolde protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gooitzen Arnolds had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zeewolde! In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Empe Excelsior. Gregorio Tor stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Godfried Staal. 0-2. 68 minutes into the match, Zeewolde's goalkeeper Godfried Staal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gregorio Tor. With his leg Godfried Staal managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Empe Excelsior's Gregorio Tor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 0-3 became the score in the 71st minute when Andrej Moštenan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Arne Saelman kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Andrej Moštenan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godfried Staal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Tor kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 85thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Zeewolde's keeper Godfried Staal was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ronald Zomer hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Zeewolde's Godfried Staal got control of the ball when Gregorio Tor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 99th minute, Gregorio Tor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Empe Excelsior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Empe Excelsior had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
