Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Steve Schaeffer started the match with the kick off. Nico Apotheker was a little too slow when Roderick Otten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 11th minute, Ricky Karremans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Timmie Jurjens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nico Apotheker. Timmie Jurjens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After some careless play in the Haskerhorne defense, Steve Schaeffer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Hendrik de Wolf. The Haskerhorne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Hendrik de Wolf should have stopped the shot. Timmie Jurjens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Timmie Jurjens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Timmie Jurjens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Apotheker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Voorweg's Nico Apotheker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Voorweg from getting a goal against them. When Guus Friebel fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haskerhorne's protests and gave Guus Friebel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Haskerhorne getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Guus Friebel hit a great ball. Steve Schaeffer struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Voorweg. Taco Lurling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Hendrik de Wolf having to interfere. Taco Lurling struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Voorweg. In the 41st minute, Taco Lurling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steve Schaeffer in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Patrick Fens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voorweg's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Fens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Roderick Otten made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Haskerhorne's zone, Taco Lurling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf came out of the goal and Taco Lurling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Haskerhorne fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Haskerhorne's Timmie Jurjens looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Voorweg's Steve Schaeffer got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roderick Otten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roderick Otten scored 4-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nico Apotheker, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Timmie Jurjens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steve Schaeffer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Hendrik de Wolf having to interfere. Taco Lurling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 89 in the game by Taco Lurling from a close distance when the talented Kristian Hendrik de Wolf managed to make a qualified save. Haskerhorne's players were relieved. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Schaeffer, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Taco Lurling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Kristian Hendrik de Wolf made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Taco Lurling sent off a good shot on target. Haskerhorne's Kristian Hendrik de Wolf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Schaeffer in the 97th minute of play. Many of Voorweg's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Voorweg may have spent more time on the ball, but Haskerhorne were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
