Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dolf Baardmam started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9thth minute of the game Bram Korsma who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Genum's Klaas Luirink was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jacobus Roeles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Klaas Luirink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ryan van Asseldonk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolf Baardmam in the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Genum's zone, Jacobus Roeles stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klaas Luirink came out of the goal and Jacobus Roeles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronald Boeringe hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Harmen Hebert was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hans Spiering hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Kraaiven's Harmen Hebert got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kraaiven's Jacobus Roeles got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Kraaiven's goal looked a bit too open when Dolf Baardmam came free, but Ryan van Asseldonk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bram Korsma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacobus Roeles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Klaas Luirink made a huge save. Kraaiven's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Harmen Hebert in the 56th minute. After taking down the ball on Kraaiven's corner Harmen Hebert fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Klaas Luirink quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Genum's Jurgen van der Bij got a free kick in the 56th minute. 57 minutes in the game, Bram Korsma fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Klaas Luirink having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Roland Rijkaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Jacobus Roeles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kraaiven's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacobus Roeles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Klaas Luirink breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bram Korsma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bram Korsma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Klaas Luirink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobus Roeles had several of the Genum's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 68 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Klaas Luirink as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 73 minutes, Izaak Brans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Genum and the Kraaiven players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobus Roeles got free with Klaas Luirink in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bram Korsma struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Klaas Luirink didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kraaiven. Gerrit Roelofsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaas Luirink having to interfere. Andre Boeringe kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Kraaiven left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Genum.
