Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ab Hof kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martien Ebbinge in the 4th minute of play forced Laagraven RKSV's goalkeeper Martien Zadelhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Laagraven RKSV getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Albert Palsma hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Oorschot during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Laagraven RKSV's Alexander Oorschot got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Sjef de Haan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sjors Homan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 36 minutes into the game, when Anton Sans put in a rough tackle. Martien Zadelhoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martien Ebbinge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martien Zadelhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martien Ebbinge in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martien Ebbinge to strike the kick off in the second half. Martien Ebbinge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martien Zadelhoff read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Sjef de Haan struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Martien Zadelhoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kathagen. Sjef de Haan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Martien Zadelhoff skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Martien Zadelhoff came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Kathagen's Martien Ebbinge. But to his dismay, Martien Ebbinge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martien Ebbinge in the 70th minute of play forced Laagraven RKSV's goalkeeper Martien Zadelhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 74th minute, but Martien Zadelhoff got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Laagraven RKSV hanging dry this time. Sjef de Haan struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Martien Zadelhoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kathagen. With a little luck, Laagraven RKSV's Martien Zadelhoff got control of the ball when Sjef de Haan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Laagraven RKSV's goal looked a bit too open when Martien Ebbinge came free, but Martien Zadelhoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match Kathagen got a corner. Laagraven RKSV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yorrick Polak ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Kathagen's corner Yorrick Polak fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Martien Zadelhoff quite easily take care of the ball. Ernest Karremans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Laagraven RKSV supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kathagen's performance. The match ended with a win for Kathagen.
