Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dick Kras made the kick off which started today's match. If Denny Theissen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Otto Jaliens fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bult's protests and gave Otto Jaliens a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bult fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Emile Greef, was totally fooled by Broekzijde S.C.'s Jacques Schuurman, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Dick Kras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Emile Greef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Bult getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Harald Sleiffer hit a great ball. The supporters of Broekzijde S.C. booed when Bult was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Randag didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Emile Greef managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Broekzijde S.C.'s Denny Theissen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Maikel Hammen struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Thijs Breugel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bult. When Pierre Wehkamp fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Broekzijde S.C.'s protests and gave Pierre Wehkamp a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Gert Bouwman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 30 minutes, Joost Deuring mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Broekzijde S.C. and the Bult players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Broekzijde S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Joost Deuring. Gert Bouwman struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Thijs Breugel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bult. Broekzijde S.C.'s Thijs Breugel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Bouwman in the 41st minute of play. Dick Kras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Emile Greef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, Bult's Gert Bouwman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thijs Breugel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Denny Theissen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filip Randag during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 58 minutes, Denny Theissen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Broekzijde S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Denny Theissen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thijs Breugel made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Gert Bouwman sent off a good shot on target. Emile Greef took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denny Theissen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timmie Boeve struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Thijs Breugel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bult. Broekzijde S.C.'s Thijs Breugel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maikel Hammen in the 71st minute of play. Bult's Gert Bouwman got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thijs Breugel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gert Bouwman in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Gert Bouwman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emile Greef showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denny Theissen, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Bult's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Kras came free, but Emile Greef reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiel Oost sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dick Kras struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Maikel Hammen charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee ignored Bult's protests and gave Lex Dowie a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bult! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Broekzijde S.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bult had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
