Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paul Meyer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Paul Meyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Wegman having to interfere. A collision led to Spinolaberg V.V. getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Gilbert Eylens hit a great ball. Daniel Wegman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Meyer in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Caseys Dreamteam 2's Paul Meyer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Wegman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Paul Meyer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Wegman. Spinolaberg V.V.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paul Meyer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 15 minutes of play, Caseys Dreamteam 2's Charles McQuarrie made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Wegman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Paul Meyer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Wegman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Paul Meyer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Wegman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Paul Meyer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Daniel Wegman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 26 minutes into the match, Spinolaberg V.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paul Meyer came free, but Daniel Wegman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paul Meyer in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Wegman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Paul Meyer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caseys Dreamteam 2's supporters rose to their feet, but Paul Meyer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Wegman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Claude Helssen came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Caseys Dreamteam 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Helssen couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Paul Meyer notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Spinolaberg V.V.'s Daniel Wegman. Daniel Wegman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Taco Janssen hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute Caseys Dreamteam 2 were awarded a corner. Elmar Steelman went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Elmar Steelman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniel Wegman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martien Ieberink stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Daniel Wegman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles McQuarrie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caseys Dreamteam 2's Ed Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Molhoek in the 60th minute of play. After some careless play in the Spinolaberg V.V. defense, Paul Meyer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Wegman. The Spinolaberg V.V. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Wegman should have stopped the shot. Paul Meyers short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Daniel Wegman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Spinolaberg V.V.'s Daniel Wegman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles McQuarrie in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Paul Meyer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Wegman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. If Paul Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paul Meyers short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Daniel Wegman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Spinolaberg V.V.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Paul Meyer scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Wegman, making the score, 0-10. After having played for 85 minutes, Charles McQuarrie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caseys Dreamteam 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Charles McQuarrie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute of the match, Paul Meyer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Daniel Wegman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Paul Meyer came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Caseys Dreamteam 2 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Meyer couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Caseys Dreamteam 2 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
